The Citrus County Courts consists of many different divisions: Circuit Civil, County Civil, Small Claims, Circuit Criminal, Domestic Relations, Juvenile, Misdemeanor, Probate, and Traffic. Other services are also handled by this department.

For those of you that live on the West side of the county, visit our Crystal River Satellite Office. Their address is  1540 N Meadowcrest Blvd Suite 300, Crystal River, Florida 34429  They are able to assist with many tasks within the Courts department.
